If the name sounds familiar, you may have seen Kerris in various video interviews, but more so because he was the guy that said that come spring, Nokia will have a product that consumers will be climbing over each other to get.

Also, by then, Nokia’s troubles were supposedly going to be somehow ‘forgotten’.

“People Won’t Remember Our Troubles By Next Spring”

He was right on Verizon Lumia, as well as a PureView Lumia (though we know what you guys are really expecting). Nokia ‘innovating themselves’ out of the situation. Well, the 920 is branded as the most innovative smartphone, winning the top prize recently for innovation. These innovations trickle down into the mid-range and budget lumias too.

I hope the new flagship Lumia is all we hope it to be.

Kerris remains on good terms with Nokia and will continue to consult for Nokia in the foreseeable future.
