Nokia to submit GDR2 WP8 Update into carrier testing Mid-May?

 Telstra customer support have indicated that Nokia intends to submit their GDR2 WP8 update around Mid-May. GDR2 is expected to bring things like
- FM Radio support,
- double-tap to wake,
- flip to silenceÂ
- Always on clock/sleeping screen
Tesltra support mentions several updates in testing, one of which 1308 being retracted by Nokia in March but 1314 testing is almost complete with approval due ‘today’ (Guessing the post was Monday morning).
Should we expect a notification area any time soon or, perhaps would we need to wait for GDR3?
