Blurry Cam spots a Cyan Nokia Lumia 1030 Phablet? New tiles layout?!

There appears to be a big screened Nokia Lumia
In addition to the bigger device (see comparison against the HT Cone) note the tiles on the screen. It oddly looks too similar to this.
Bezel seems to be minimised. If it’s real.
Fingers crossed it packs a 1080p screen (for the tick box).
I’m not sure about you but I’m noticing ever larger and larger phone screens amongst my peers :/.
