According to Kantar Worldpanel, WP continues to grow in the last 3 months ending April 2013. This time last year in the US, WP was at 3.8%, behind BlackBerry’s 5.3%.

Z10 was released in March on 3 carriers but it’s difficult to see if sales are being maintained.

On AT&T, the growth for WP is there but has been quite small. Over at Verizon, it has increased from 0.2% to 6.8% but this is all before the Nokia Lumia 928 even sets foot there. There’s reports of it being sold out/backordered etc. etc. but we know by now that Nokia has difficulty getting units to stores to be that excited anymore. We wanna see numbers, eh :).

Third in the US for now seems ok but Nokia and MS need to solidify that position further. Moreover, there’s also more to the world than US. The 520, 720 along with the 620 should hopefully see Nokia gaining some ground with WP.
