Windows Phone Marketplace Witnessing Over 9 Million Daily Transactions

Today Microsoft announced that the WP marketplace is now achieving over 9,000,000 paid transactions a day. Those include both app purchases and in-app purchases/unlocks, which is pretty cool.
Microsoft have also reworked the way they pay-out to developers when purchases are made via carrier billing. As previously it would take up to 3 months for a developer to get paid his earnings through carrier billing. Now however Microsoft say that all payments will be made available within 30 days, great news for developers! Especially since carrier billing seems to be a huge hit.
