A handful of users reporting of Update Error 80188309 with Lumia Black?

It’s not a lot, there’s only one result on google search so far and a handful of tweets. But as the update becomes more widely available it might (or might not) experience more problems.

The issue? The update is downloaded but it won’t open. Hopefully nothing worse (like the phone bricking).

It seems to have affected 820/920 users atm.

We’ll update if there’s more info or a solution to this.

Cheers atesates for the video. Here’s what the issue looks like.

@kinaton tweets us that it might be due to low storage space but other users have said they have ‘plenty’ (though what specifically is required isn’t mentioned. WP sometimes refuses to install 900mb sized games if you have 3GB left)
