The Nokia Lumia 1520 is one of the first devices on the market that’s sporting the new (annoying?) nano-SIM variant. There was once a debacle as to which standard would be used. Apple won out and now, Nokia have adapted this standard in their latest flagship.

Although it does make it difficult for those on standard or microSIMs to switch to a nanoSIM, the reverse hopefully is much easier as you can fit an adapter. The only issue I can imagine is probably what some faced in the early days of microSIM – nanoSIM with adapters getting stuck inside the phone. Well, hopefully this is less likely in devices that use sim trays.
