Samsung is using all their muscle (money) to pretty much be everywhere. Advertisments 24/7 in your face, product placements, endorsements, what have you. And it’s working. After briefly riding on Apple’s coattails with their iPhone clones, they got the recognition they needed and now are going from strength to strength with their products in their own right, aided by masses of marketing.

But that’s never going to stop plucky Nokia from trying to point out that their devices can still do certain things better, like in the camera department. At the Oscars, iPhone user Ellen twitpic’d a ‘selfie’ (I hate that word now) a group shot with some of the most popular celebrities with a Note 3. But it came out blurry. Oh well.

Nokia US says:

Let’s do away with blurry photos, Ellen! | @TheEllenShow#Oscars#Blessed#blurrypic.twitter.com/56p0xQO2WV

Cheers Alvester for the tip!
