Video: Miracast Wireless Sreensharing on Nokia Lumia 630

Last month we looked at a very short demo of the Miracast function using a Nokia Lumia 630.

Thanks to my non-working twitter notifications, I missed a message from Bharadwaj who shared a much clearer demo of Miracast in action.

Note how you have options to let a dot appear when you touch the device. Useful for presentations.

According to Bharadwaj, this handset is handling the bitrate a lot better than some other Android – no lag in playing 1080p video and audio over wifi direct.

Gaming. Not much latency, just that inherent with Miracast. Good performance otherwise. (Plus other limitations from 512MB).

If on a more powerful phone, Bharaadwaj thinks it could be more awesome.
