Since the iPhone launch, the image above had appeared multiple times on my facebook feed from friends that aren’t from the blogosphere. It’s pretty cool that they decided to have Nokia amongst the mix (also no LG G3 that had that insane high res screen long before others, much more than iPhone. Maybe due to the camera being ‘only’ 13mp)

What I found interesting today was a very positive discussion regarding Nokia and WindowsPhone. I thought I was reading a fanpage comment or something else, but no, it was ‘regular people’ on facebook.

I didn’t join in the conversation as I’d overgeek them. Red’s comments about the iPhone 6 Plus having better resolution was funny. It’s one of these “specs don’t matter” thing, unless of course yours is better. Remember how folks touted the super high res ‘retina display’ which now at least to me feels ‘antiquated’ when they talk of retina on mobile.

Comments from yellow was interesting.

Yellow turns up the heat some more. I think seeing Nokia in a comment on my feed is what made me pay attention to this particular discussion (facebook tends to show only the most recent comments in a discussion).

Kudos to yellow. Wasn’t expecting that.
