More changes on the way. Microsoft are discontinuing the sharing service “memories.nokia.com” from Jan 12th, 2015. Any photos shared there will no longer be accessible.

If you want to keep your cinemagraphs, you’ll need to save them to your phone as a .gif or video.

As a new feature from Jan 12th you can also share your cinemagraph as a video. You’ll need the latest version of lumia Cinemagraph.

Dear Lumia Cinemagraph user,

You are receiving this email because you have previously used the Lumia Cinemagraph app that lets you create and share cinemagraphs online atmemories.nokia.com.

As of 12 January 2015, we will be discontinuing the memories.nokia.com website for sharing cinemagraphs online.

What does this mean for you as a Lumia Cinemagraph user? You will continue to have access to your saved cinemagraphs on your mobile phone. However, previously shared cinemagraphs at memories.nokia.com will no longer be available. If you wish to retain these, please check the URLs from the Shared view in Lumia Cinemagraph on your mobile phone. Then open the URLs on a PC to download the cinemagraphs as a GIF or a video.

From 12 January 2015 onwards, you will be able to share your cinemagraphs as videos, directly shareable on your favorite social networks. To enable this, please install the latest version of Lumia Cinemagraph from the Store. You can already install the beta version from the Store at http://windowsphone.com/s?appId=b2428d62-e2b1-4558-8089-338e613e9f14.

We apologize for this inconvenience, and we hope you keep using Lumia Cinemagraph.

Sincerely,
Lumia Cinemagraph team
