Nokia N1 to get unlocked Bootloader for stock Android 5.0 Lollipop and more

Should you want to use a Launcher-free Android experience on your Nokia N1, Nokia are shipping it with an unlocked bootloader.

This means you can install your own ROM so you can even replace the entire OS entirely, be that Cyanogen Mod, Ubuntu, MeeGo or Sailfish. At least that’s how I’ve understood it from XDA wiki.

I’m not sure what this means regarding warranty though (unlocking tends to void but if it’s already unlocked?)
