WP10 or WP8.1 test build (Lumia Emerald?) with panoramic wallpaper

This could merely be a concept or it’s an actual screenshot. Some are saying that rather than WP10 for phones it’s more like a test build.

When I read the panoramic bit, I thought it was referring to the tiles going across like in Windows. I think that makes sense in a horizontal device (e.g. N900!) but the vertical works well as it is. It would make a nice change though (if it was an option).

Maybe not the best wallpaper of choice? I’d really like some bokeh options. I find that simply fuzzing the background wallpaper makes most wallpaper choices acceptable (with higher chance that things like text will be readable and that it’s not too distracting).
