New simpler naming for lumia? Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL accidentally announced

In what appears to be an interesting change from being called 1330 (phablet successor to 1320) there may instead be a 640XL. Reflecting perhaps the 640 specs but in a larger frame. Could this help out with the confusing numbering between generations?
Tom Warren has previously tweeted expecting both the 640 and a 1330 (640 XL?). Â Specs are pretty standard for the 640 – a 5″ device. How much bigger should a XL version be?
