Rumour: Nokia N8 and S^3 bunch might get Nokia Carla, plus more Symbian phones after N8 successor (+808 photo?)

The picture above is apparently from a developer presentation in Mexico. References can be seen for Symbian Carla and even Symbian Donna. I don’t understand what’s on the slide itself but apparently there is indications that the Nokia N8 and the other 680MHz crew might even be able to upgrade to Carla (I read in comments here suggesting it might be a ‘lighter’ version). That’s quite remarkable given the growing hardware requirements that Nokia would still want to update N8.

Carla as we have seen has been tested for bug testing on the likes of E6/E7 (680MHz devices)

The likes of the 701 might have a fuller update to Carla. It was already seen with the new 8.2 browser.

Nokiapoweruser indicates that the slide said:

Carla will have  major improvements, NFC, Dolby surround, New improved Widgets, Improved Browser (Version 8). Also Carla is supposed to come in late 2012 or early 2013.

Oh I was just about to post this but another tip came in.

Apparently it’s a ‘real’ photo of the Nokia 808 but it looks like a N9 with Belle screenshot :S. Tipper ‘pyler’ said to check out the date though it’s rather blurry.
