Twist Mobile: Innovation & Success with Nokia Developer (+Monetizing apps with Nokia)

Here’s another video from Nokia Developer from the makers of Twist Mobile. What I found interesting is echoing of what I read in comments by some of our Indian readers who said free apps are very important (some free by other means). Virat Khutal agrees and says their apps should be free to the end user and they should find a way to monetise their apps – this can be done easily with Nokia. (That video was first seen in this post, but it had to be reuploaded as we saw it a little too early?)

Nokia has made various phones so there’s a large audience from Twist mobile. Instead of making $20 at start up now it’s in the 1000s.

Indian developer Twist Mobile has built many apps for Nokia phones. In this video CEO Virat Khutal and Technical Head Pramod Pandey talk about the support Nokia provides throughout the app lifecycle: From technical support — where according to Pramod local support is ‘ready to help us out in any way’ — through SDK and code examples to features for in-app advertising and distribution channels. ‘We used to be making 20 dollars a day, but now with the Nokia partnership we are making thousand dollars a day,’ says Virat.

That monetize video can be seen again here:
