For a while now AdDuplex has been able to provide a pretty reliable stream of information about the breakdown of the Windows Phone market-share in terms of OEMs and Software versions.

The latest tease from AdDuplex is some instances of Windows Phone 8.1 (which has been rumored to be Windows Phone Blue) appearing on a Nokia “tests device P4301” as well as the 920 (and the unspeakable 8X). As a reminder WP8.1 is only rumored to roll out after both GDR2 and GDR3 updates, which are supposed to come out sometime this year  (GDR2 is supposed to bring Sleeping screen and a better camera UI, while GD3 is set to bring 1080p support and more cores).
