Jason from Smashpop.net shows us the MyPhone app on the Nokia N97. We’ve seen the MyPhone application before, turning Nokia 5800s into iPhone-esque wannabes, but here’s a video showing how it would look on your N97.

Maybe you couldn’t decide between the iPhone 3GS or the N97? Perhaps this is the solution?

N97 hardware – QWERTY keyboard, higher resolution widescreen, 5MP camera and expandable memory but with an iPhone-like “simpler” user interface.

Aha. Well it’s not exactly iPhone OS’ infamous UI, but it’s the closest Symbian’s S60 UI is going to get to it. For Now. You get the:

  • fancy slide to unlock
  • flicking between app pages
  • the option to have a 4×5 grid instead of S60’s wasteful 3×4.

Priced at £12.99, if you want to try it out for free first, you can download the trial >>here<<
