Wowsers! Official Nokia N9 Sample photos [Preproduction N9] #MeeGo
Yesterday we saw the first batch of Nokia N9 sample photos from engadget. Whilst Engadget were extremely pleased with N9 camera saying Nokia’s onto a winner, the overcast subject and possibly greasy lens (as N8 also looked bad to me) didn’t do it justice. General tip – clean the smudge off the camera before taking photos. It makes a hell of a difference.

Macros looking good. All the photos look excellent.
Many of the subjects are similar to what Nokia Conversations took with the N8 so we can sort of make comparisons (though note, different lighting conditions even on the same day, in the same hour can change photo quality/appearance)
The subject is the same but the background isn’t so probably not even worth comparing. You should check out this for some of the sample images from proto N8.
N8 from last year
I think I’m gonna love taking some pics with the N9 just to try out the revamped camera menu. It makes it easier to make use of the imaging flexibility of Nokia devices as the options aren’t hidden away, buried in menu branches.
