Nokia Lumia 800 gaining sales in Norway, WP up to 8% marketshare for Netcom

Norway has apparently responded quite well to the Nokia Lumia 800. Well at least to Norway’s second largest network, Netcom who says that in their sales channel, WP now accounts for 8% of sales.

WMPoweruser says the market share was gained against iOS and Android, not Symbian where it is already quite low.

The Nokia Lumia 800 is also apparently the first WP to get into their top 10.

The newly launched Nokia Lumia 800 with Windows phone is taking market share from both iOS and Android. We see a growing demand for handsets with Windows Phone, in both private and corporate market, and expects further growth for these phones throughout the year.
