Nokia Connects to become part of Conversations by Nokia
Just read this email from Paul. As you may or may not remember, 1000 Heads’ WOMWorld changed to Nokia Connects back in October last year. Now there’s going to be another change as Nokia Connects joins Conversations by Nokia as one voice, one community. The same peeps will still be working on the new Nokia Connects.
Hey there!
Boy, have we got some exciting news for you! Nokia Connects is transforming, and we wanted you to know before the rest of the world.
As of Monday, Nokia Connects will become a part of Conversations by Nokia. It will continue to exist in much the same form, but the two blogs will become a single entity under the Conversations banner and URL.
We’re thrilled to be able to offer you a one stop shop to get up to speed with all goings-on at Nokia and learn about all the cool experiments and projects your peers are working on with us. The new, improved blog will be a place for you to connect with Nokia and with other fans and members of our community.
In terms of what’s actually changing, we will be focusing more on celebrating the amazing stuff our community get up to with Nokia. We will be running more trials (head here if you want one!) – which will hopefully mean more amazing experiences, photos, videos and reviews for us to discuss and celebrate.
The same people will remain working on the new Nokia Connects, and we will be as active as ever on @Nokia_Connects Twitter, so please get in touch if you’d like to chat. Tom, Pierre and I will be your main men on there and on the blog.
We’ll be announcing this to the world later today but we wanted to give you a heads up before we do. It’s an exciting time for us, and we’re sure you’re going to love the new setup. As always, happy to hear your initial reactions and thoughts, and answer any queries you may have.
Thanks!
Paul

Finally! I have been saying for years Nokia has way too many blogs etc. Would not be suprised if that completely ridiculous Ovi Blog or the N Series Blog were still up and running somewhere.. lol…
Good news! The guys should learn from mynokiablog how to blog about Nokia. They were busy reviewing movies and art. The have done nothing relevant to Nokia.
true
Microsoft conversations. Tiled community where forced sign-in is required a.k.a. no anon commenting.
*Obligatory anonymous people = trolls post here*
It looks like windows tango for the Lumia and the Nokia update now contain bits of meego and Symbian. Love this 900.
Have not updated yet. What do you mean by that?
Flip to silent feature.
That’s the only really notable thing.
(aside from stuff under the hood)
I think Nokia should move connect and Conversations by Nokia to MyNokiablog …
