Weekend Watch: Tizmee Tizen compatibility layer for N9

| August 18, 2012 | 6 Replies

For those interested, this shows a Tizen compatibility layer on the Nokia N9 so Tizen specific apps could work.

This first early release should support general HTML5 apps fairly well (although there are still a few that have issues), some aspects of the Tizen API (this is by no means complete however) and pretty much all of the Cordova/PhoneGap API.

MeeGo was the best Nokia could use to compete with iThing and Green Alien Robot army, but eFlop was just such a devil who is on a mission to destroy Nokia from the inside so that M$ can buy it cheapo :/

This and ACL are all great for our N9.. if only they make the installation so simple that it comes in installation packages and don’t need to go into terminal mode.. Pls continue the effort.. Thanx..
