HTC escaping the boring with Nokia Lumia like vibrant purple Accord?
Whilst everyone was going with black/white/grey or silver, Nokia was always splashing colours around, from their rich history of symbian phones to the new Lumia range.
Looking at HTC’s history of phones, they’re pretty drab colour wise.

Seeing how that works (like how HTC saw the N9′s curvy polycarbonate worked) HTC have the Accord – a bright, vibrant, Lumia like WP8.
Of course, everyone’s allowed to have colourful devices if they wanted to. However, black/white is pretty much the standard. It’s nice to see folks trying to follow Nokia’s lead.
Not sure why it has WP7 homescreen but WP8 button.

The bright colors seem to be the next generation. Huh. But mind you, it’s KInG’s garment
It’s fake, why would it have a WP8 home button and a WP7.5 firmware?
purple is my favourite colour, but my next phone will be a nokia in any colour.
It’s fake, and bad design, but the color is welcome.
Did Honda sign off on this?
Looks eerily similar to the Lumia 800/900 if you ask me. Either that is a fake render or HTC’s designers got lazy and decided to copy the former to save costs.
Well if Nokia won’t release a Plum coloured device at least HTC will? :/
Next time colors will be patented and will be the basis of suits.
Poor HTC. Google talked all pretty to them, despite that they were making cheap crap they made them feel all important, puffed them up…used them for what they needed them for…then crapped all over them, kbye!
