Possibly a sighting of a Nokia Lumia 928? Is that the Xenon Flash?

According to Androsym, these photos were captured on a Nokia Lumia 928 (A 920 variant for verizon that includes Xenon flash). I couldn’t find anything on the Exif data but apparently it mentions the Nokia Lumia 928.

Whilst these pictures seem to have been heavily compressed and altered so picture quality can’t be ascertained, the important part of these pictures is the reflections.

Can’t really tell much from the above. If the hand wasn’t in the way we might be able to distinguish some changes in proportion. The 928 is rumoured to be slightly taller and narrower than the 920.

But below you can see something obviously Lumia but with a strange marking on the top (our left) corner. Could that be the Xenon flash?

It could simply be a regular Lumia, but with a sticker for so apparent reason.  It looks polycarbonate (not metal) although the picture quality isn’t clear enough to be definitive.
