Lumiappadates: network+ and Photosynth

Some updates popped into my Nokia Lumia 920 this morning:
- network+:
- Photosynth
- (And the engadget app)
Not sure what came with the network+ update but photosynth 1.6
- Corrects an issue where the viewinder might turn green
- Update to camera calibration logic to preserve field of view information
- improvements to auto-cropping a flat panorama for sharing or saving to camera roll
