LeakyLeak: Automatic Shutter cover for Nokia EOS
It’s All About the EOS tonight. ViziLeaks has another shot of the Nokia EOS PureView Camera, this time with the lens covered up by the automatic lens cover. No dust or smudging happening here when it’s in your pocket that ruins images even from the likes of the N8/808.
I don’t mind having a camera bump for ME as long as it justifies itself in quality and consistency. A lot of our readers a while back voted pretty much in favour of having a bump in the discussion session of the N8 successor (prior to 808 announcement). Â For the mass market, it’ll take some convincing. Slim is the thing now, but then again, so were tiny miniscule phones and now look how wide they are.
Hopefully the Nokia EOS provides a sufficient advantage that people won’t mind having that humpy bit. It seems slim enough for holding in portrait. Ladies and phablets already have bags to carry larger tech devices in.
