Check out this Nokia X+ with a customizable launcher. This is part and parcel of the customizability available to Android, something perhaps that only those on the N900/maemo family felt (Symbian to an extent too).
This was captured at the Nokia booths in Barca MWC by Pang from Lowyat.
Aas you can see this is the more typical Android layout with the icon grid and homescreen vs the tiles/fast lane mix.
The notification bar and widgets from the X family are still present.
