There’s an interesting post that appeared on Reddit some time ago showing a new way to speed read. By flashing a story one word at a time, your eyes aren’t travelling. They just recognizing words and not reading in your head either. So you ‘read’ much faster.

Check out this speed reading promo for the Nokia X. Also note how Nokia complains about those who say they’re bored of folks saying Nokia X doesn’t have apps because it does. I don’t know if that’s really Nokia being bored that Nokia Lumia doesn’t have certain apps?

I use only the best apps I can find and usually they say Nokia in front of them.

What do they mean by “nokia gear” on the competition page?

  • Festwiz

This is what’s on the competition page
    “4. Prizes:
1 Nokia X and Nokia gear for each winner”

    • Simo

      Probably a t-shirt or a hat.

  • BellGo

Seems kind of counter effective, seeing that most of their phones don’t run Android, doesn’t it?

This the article on Reddit you were talking about?
    Very interesting…

  • I don’t like this sort of commercials were a company gets annoyed by users demands, but this one was funny 🙂

They don’t really have any actual apps for Nokia X.

    But they do have applications.

They have more applications because they are no longer limited by Qt.
