Video: WP8.1 tile screen shows Parallax Background, not static images

When we first saw that WP8.1 was potentially bringing tiled images, I thought it was a nice option to have but was not that interested. I mean, I thought it would be just like the apps on WP that changes the tiles in such a way already. What happens when you move or resize a tile?
It turns out that the background isn’t static. There’s a parallax effect. And it’s sort of enhanced when you mix in not editable tiles.
Not sure if it occurs in the app list. The video isn’t too clear.
