FM Radio now its own separate app in WP8.1

Instead of being bundled into the Music Hub, FM radio is now its own app. Is this part of the hub decentralization or just coincidence?
I’ve got no issue with it being in the hub but I do welcome it having its own place in the app list.
Hopefully there might be some changes too.
