There was never much love given to the Nokia X family when it graced Microsoft’s lap. It was dubbed as a way to get Android users into Microsoft’s services. Well that strategy is being filed away in replacement of the above – an even more entry level Lumia.

Honestly, as nice as it was to see Nokia trying out Android, the Nokia X series weren’t that fun to use. It felt plagued of lag in certain areas (like camera) and that was never a problem for WindowsPhone. Now hopefully, an even lower entry level WindowsPhone can fill in that gap of a fluid user experience great out of the box.

It needs a killer price and hopefully not too many compromises.

Cheers Alvester for the tip!
