A very Lumia-esque design sees the budget friendly Nokia 3 concept gracing your screens.

Courtesy of Concept creator, these colourful rectangular blocks sings of previous Nokia generations, this time of course, powered by Android.

    Hi Jay!

Check out the tips-section. Some interesting comments from Nokia, in addition to the MWC Ozo-livestream announcement.

little bit “nokia x2-ish” – but those phones looks nice in real…

The guy who made this video deserves a round of applause. Truly spectacular!

It is modern, clever, clean, well thought out, easy to manufacture, and easy on the eyes… If prices at $85-$135 USD, I believe this will outsell almost any other phone that costs less (cuz people could pay a bit more and get a great Nokia phone) and it would outsell phones that cost more (cuz people would pay a bit less and buy this since it’ll do 95% of the stuff they need for 65% of the price of their other competitive phone)

This video is fantastic. I applaud the creator!

(As long as Nokia never puts on screen buttons, ever! It cuts into screen real estate far too much!)

    • yes man. you can check out his channel 🙂 I told him to include full color body in his new flagship 41MP concept. I hope he makes it 🙂

    • I just bought a Nokia 3310 🙂 very happy 🙂

        Really? How much?

Also, I remember you mentioned having the Windows operating system phone and having this phone at this time, is it a back up or a primary phone? Cuz the phone can only make and receive calls and texts. No internet capabilities. Also, after 1000 or maybe 2000 texts, the envelope starts blinking due to memory full…

I still have my Nokia 3390. I believe it’s the US version of the international Nokia 3310

        • No it isn’t a back up phone. I just bought it to keep it 🙂 I use Nokia 114 as a second phone.
I bought it for 16 USD.
I am facing a problem of bad battery now lol. its not holding its charge at all. 🙁 I think the battery is faulty. Cant find an original one now lol
Where do you buy batteries for your Nokia 3390?

            EricLovesSymbian says:

Oh no buddy… I haven’t used that phone in over a decade or more.
I have no idea if the battery even works.
I think I used the 6590i after that then the 6682. So it may be about 15 years since I last touched that phone.

I’m not sure about your financial status or what your shipping arrangements are, but a store in the US call best buy is selling an LG Stylo 2 for $50. I believe it’s $6 to unlock it.

Perhaps this could be a phone you could use until a proper Nokia phone comes out for us.

I have bought a bunch of Android phones so i can learn how to use them and mishmash a bunch of apps to make it resemble symbian Belle FP2 as much as possible.
(In the mean time, until Nokia comes out with a proper replacement for my beloved 808)

            • I am fine with my Nokia Lumia 1320. I will buy an Android just because of Nokia. I also have a Nokia X too. 😛

    • Even i want capacitive buttons and not those on screen ones 🙂

        EricLovesSymbian says:

        I agree with you 100%

Have you seen all the LG phones that have a 5 or 5.2 inch screen that all come with stupid on screen buttons? Compared to the Galaxy S7 edge or ZTE ZMAX 2 or even the Nokia 6, look at how much screen real estate is used from the bottom of the screen to the functional area line (it kinda makes the 5.2 in LG X power like a 4.5 or 4.7 inch phone). Due to the encroachment of the on screen keys

Food for thought: Jay, what does encroachment remind you of? Starts with a ” P ”

(hoping you reply since you blantanly ignore everything else I ask)

  • Systematic Systematic

In general this seems to me to be just a bigger Asha. This is Android – OK, but when will appear Linux MeeGo Sailfish OS version? I want Nokianesch Nokia, not Googlesch Nokia only. So??

    • Joe_HTH

Here you are again with the Sailfish Meego nonsense. They will never appear. They’re not happening. Stop holding onto this.

  • SIMO

It’s exactly the Lumia 830 body, with the Lumia 930 antenna lines, and the Nokia 6 camera housing.

  • Otto Ääri

Now if they just made this for WP. Absolutely the simpliest and easiest UI for smartphones. Excluding MeeGo. I loved my N9, but lacks the apps even more than WP.

    • Joe_HTH

I love Windows 10 Mobile too, but it won’t ever happen. They’ll only make Android phones.
