$5 for Nokia Fatboy Wireless Charger from AT&T?

| June 1, 2014 | 3 Replies

It appears that AT&T may be ditching the stock of their QI wireless charging Nokia Fatboys (since that is not the standard that they support – thus no QI wireless charging in their 1520). According to folks on reddit, they’ve been buying tons of these so they can stick them all over their house. […]

Damian Dinning on the Nokia Lumia 1020 successor – @PhoneDaz’s imaging wish list.

Do you remember when Damian Dinning mentioned that there were some features that didn’t make the cut in the final Nokia Lumia 1020? As an ex-Nokia Imaging Guru guy, Damian would know much about Nokia’s capabilities and what was then on the pipeline. Over on twitter, he’s been musing about its successor. It’s been […]

Edgar Mkrtchyan shares this concept of the Nokia Lumia 1820. Sadly, going with the times this one omits the Nokia logo despite the name. It’s less Lumia, more Surface phone in design. Hi Here’s a little concept after the acquisition of Nokia by Microsoft, I joined the bar on the side as in windows 8. […]

Whatsapp v2.11.490.0 with Chat Backgrounds, custom tones and more

| May 31, 2014 | 4 Replies

WhatsApp only just automatically updated about an hour ago on my Nokia Lumia 1520. It did mention that some features were not compatible with my version of Windows (on 8.1 dev preview). With regards to the notification tones, it seems I cannot access the custom ones. Perhaps that’s the limitations in the dev preview?
