Poll: What colour Nokia Lumia 920 would you choose?
What colour Nokia Lumia 920 would you be interested in? According to our reader poll, over 1000 of you are set on buying the Nokia Lumia 920. 8000 WP fans in another poll also chose the 920 (vs 1k for 8x). 35,000 smartphone fans want the 920 (vs 10k for iPhone 5).
The official colours are a stunning Electric Pikachu Yellow, A robust ruby red, Pearly white, Ash Grey, and sleek obsidian black. Not the official names of course. There may be more in the future – classic Lumia duo of Magenta and the much hinted Cyan?
Note: Nokia Lumia 820 comes in even more colours, possibly unlimited after launch with 3rd party or additional Nokia back plate accessories.
Not to influence anyone but I like the yellow one :p

I’m going to get one in yellow or in white ! I’m afraid the white one will look “ugly” without white live tiles…
I’m afraid the yellow one will look ugly with other color live tiles…I’m torn between yellow and white too…
Figure I won’t ever have another yellow phone again so should grab it in yellow, but the colors wont look as nice as the white or gray even!
Glossy white + steel colored live tiles = clean look, cool, good, godlike

What ever color creates the optical illusion that makes it look smaller than it actually is…

Any colour will do, but please ask them to launch it fast……… And nokia please price it reasonably, not Applishly……….
The problem with anything other than black, white, or grey is that it limits your live tile color selection. No matter what color you get, you’ll be bored of it after a while so it’s important to allow for variety in live tile color selection.
And to answer the question, I’m going with a grey phone, and getting yellow accessories/peripherals.

I’m leaning towards yellow, even with the color clahses. as my next phone will likely be white or black, or can snatch the gray then..
the grey has really won me over but my purchase will be based on what my dad likes so i think it will be red or black
I’m partial to the storm tropper look, but man that grey is extremely understated and sexy.

I assume only the black and grey are matte(?). Cyan was cool before but the glossy ones now are ugly.
The cyan is actually matte along with the black and gray too.
That’s the biggest problem so far. I’m bored of iPhone owned it for 5 years. Gonna keep my 5, but I’m switching to use Nokia as daily driver. The problem is I love every color offered. But no matter how good the phone looks in yellow or red, the colors limit the choice of live tile color. I’m gonna go with the white, but damn I’ve never been so confused my whole life LOL
